NY END AIDS 2020 Endorses U=U at Dance Party to End HIV Stigma

Housing Works and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene hosted a dance party at the AIDS Memorial to support the “Undetectable = Untransmittable” (U=U) campaign and to celebrate the public release of the End AIDS NY 2020 Community Coalition’s Statement on Viral Load Suppression which was endorsed by 80 NY organizations. The Coalition also signed on to the U=U campaign, which brings the numbers of U=U Community Partners to over 220.

“The End AIDS New York 2020 Community Coalition, and the New York City Health Department are joining forces to share the message that an undetectable viral load means that HIV cannot be sexually transmitted to others.”
