Los Angeles CA - Dissemination and Implementation Specialist

Erica Kahn (MPH) is the Dissemination and Implementation Specialist at Prevention Access Campaign (PAC), where she designs, delivers, and evaluates technical assistance to expand awareness of Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) and integrate U=U into public health practice worldwide. She has been instrumental in developing flagship educational resources, including U=U University, PAC’s signature capacity-building platform, Endorsement Brief, and more.

With more than three years of experience spanning HIV, Erica brings expertise in public health program planning, communication, and healthcare management at local, federal, and global levels. As a Health Communication Specialist with the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Global HIV, she collaborated on the development of the Implementing and Scaling Up U=U: A Resource Guide, contributed to U=U’s brand toolkit, and enhanced access to U=U science across 50+ PEPFAR-supported countries.

Before joining PAC, Erica served as a Research Project Specialist at the RAND Corporation’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), where she led research teams analyzing reimbursement requests for FEMA’s COVID-19 Public Assistance Project, one of RAND’s largest and most impactful disaster-relief initiatives.

Erica holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, complemented by advanced coursework in English.
