Bryan-Tyler Orr

Fort Worth / TX - Ambassador

Bryan (he/him) is a health educator, advocate, and public health practitioner passionate about reducing barriers to care for those living with or impacted by morbidities like HIV. Since being diagnosed at 20, Bryan has shaped his career to be in positions to create health systems that benefit marginalized communities of color. As a current MPH student at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Bryan plans on utilizing his strengths and real-life experiences to provide culturally relevant healthcare navigation for those impacted or living with HIV to improve the overall quality of life. By focusing on the whole person, Bryan hopes to provide a sense of hope, value, and reaffirmation to those newly diagnosed and keep those vulnerable negative with care, compassion, and respect.
