CAMBODIA: Historic U=U event at Angkor Wat

Under a strong partnership between Cambodia and UNAIDS, the country celebrated a landmark event titled “U=U” (Undetectable = Untransmittable) yesterday at the iconic Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap Province. To mark the occasion, the event featured traditional performances, a celebratory launch, and a symbolic bike and tuk-tuk U=U parade of more than 150 participants. The procession began at Angkor Wat, passed through key community locations including hospitals and hotels, and made its way through downtown Siem Reap along the riverside, culminating with the release of balloons to conclude the historic event.
